Starting from the residential area of the Holiday Village and passing through the pine forest, you can easily reach our lagoon beach, where you can cycle or stroll on the waterfront. During the short walk, savor the surrounding nature, listen to the animals’ sound, admire the flora of the lagoon.
Included with the rent of your bungalow we offer the access to an exclusive 50 metres area overlooking the Trieste’s gulf and the Istrian’s coast and it is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers and toilets.

The private beach is surveilled and suited for the little ones. Grado is one of the 25 Italian location with a green flag for its child-friendly beaches.
The Muggia’s mule bank is subject by variation of the tide up to 120cm and has a shallow sandy seabed. It is a protected area for the presence of many animal species, mainly birds.
For swimming we recommend taking advantage of our swimming pool or visit Grado’s beaches in the centre or those towards Trieste, where you can find a rocky and deeper seabed.
